Open Season for 2008 will run from Monday, November 10 through
Monday, December 8. The NALC Health Benefit Plan has a lot to offer
in 2009. We have added 20 new benefits this year and our customer
service department again received high ratings from our members in
the annual survey. Below are our rates for 2009.

For information concerning our Plan, we have extended our customer
service hours. Effective October 27 through December 12 between the
hours of 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (ET), our friendly customer service

for 2009. In the near future, you will be receiving a new member ID card.
