Q 1: I wanted to review my personnel folder to
see what management has put in it.  My supervisor
told me to make an appointment to review it on my
own time off the clock.  Is that right?

Q 2: I was injured while delivering mail.  
Management gave me an “Authorization for
Release of Medical Information” form and told me
that I had to sign it.  I am concerned about my
privacy. Did I have to sign this form?

the right to be there when my grievance is

address a complaint listed on Form 1767?

Q 7: A carrier in my office has been off work for
more than eight months and a PTF carrier has
been doing her route as a temporary holddown
for the entire time. Doesn’t that cause the PTF to
be promoted to full-time regular?

Q 8: I observed a safety hazard in my office and
brought it to my supervisor's attention but he did
nothing about it. I also filled out a form to report
the hazard but management never responded to
it. What should I do to get them to respond to the
problem?
